Terms and Conditions for Hyrule Engineering Marketplace

1. Introduction

Welcome to Hyrule Engineering, the marketplace for custom creations inspired by ToTK. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Account Creation & Eligibility

Users must create an account to buy or sell items on the marketplace.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and agreeing to use the platform only for lawful purposes.

There are no age restrictions for using the platform, but users must comply with local laws governing online transactions.

3. Listing and Selling Items

Sellers must pay a 10% fee on each sale made through the platform.

All items sold are digital goods, with buyers receiving access via QR codes.

By listing items, you agree to grant Hyrule Engineering the right to use your designs in promotional materials across various platforms.

All listed creations must be original and may not contain offensive content or infringe on intellectual property rights.

4. Payment and Transactions

We accept payments via credit cards, Apple Pay, Android Pay, and Google Pay. Stripe handles all payment processing, and users will manage their payment details through Stripe's secure portal.

All payments are processed in accordance with Stripe's terms of service, and Hyrule Engineering will not store payment information.

5. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between buyers and sellers are to be resolved independently by the involved parties. Hyrule Engineering does not provide direct support for resolving such conflicts.

6. Use of Creations

All creations listed on the platform are for digital use only. Hyrule Engineering cannot guarantee the functionality or quality of items, and all purchases are made at the buyer's own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

By listing a creation, you confirm that it is your original work, and you grant Hyrule Engineering the right to use it for promotional purposes.

Creations must not contain offensive content or violate any intellectual property rights.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

Hyrule Engineering reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violating these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to fraud, uploading prohibited content, or breaching intellectual property rights.

9. Personal Data and Privacy

We collect email addresses for account management and communication purposes.

Payment information is stored securely by Stripe and is not collected or stored by Hyrule Engineering.

You can update your email address through your account settings, and manage your payment information directly through Stripe's portal.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Hyrule Engineering reserves the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website with the updated effective date.
